5. Payment Terms

7. Client Responsibilities

  4. Not use services for illegal or unethical purposes.

8. Revisions & Modifications

  1. Limited revisions are included as per agreement.
  2. Major changes after approval may incur additional charges.
  3. Revision requests must be clear and consolidated.

9. Intellectual Property Rights

  1. All work remains property of Webflect Technology until full payment is received.
  2. Ownership is transferred after complete payment unless stated otherwise.
  3. We reserve the right to showcase work in our portfolio.

10. Third-Party Tools & Services

  1. Some services depend on third-party platforms such as Google, Meta, and hosting providers.
  2. We are not responsible for policy changes, account bans, or platform downtime.

11. Confidentiality

  2. Clients agree not to disclose our internal processes or pricing.

12. Limitation of Liability

  1. We are not liable for business loss, revenue loss, or data loss.
  2. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.

13. Termination of Services
